Starve the ego and feed the soul – True self VS False self

The ego is not who you really are. The ego is your self-image; it is your social mask; it is the role you are playing. Your social mask thrives on approval. It wants control, and is sustained by power, because it lives in fear. – Deepak Chopra

Conditioned by society

From the moment we are born we begin to move away from our true selves. Parents and society subconsciously mould us into something we are not. As we grow up we forget our inner child and what used to make us smile and move into the ego mind – the false self.  Our false self is always the ego mind. Our ego is fed by us living in our false self,  which we are not. Anytime you find yourself egotistic chances are you are now embodying your false self. The Ego moves us out of the heart space, to move back into your true self you have to become ego less.

“Only the heart can connect us, the ego separates. let love guide you not fear.”

Ego Self VS True self

As humans it is only natural to get defensive but the thing is if we have our guard up it is part of our ego coming out and it will move us more into our false self.
Growing up we were conditioned to live up to society’s expectation’s whether it is what we see in magazines or on the internet, Subconsciously we process this as what is right and start to compare ourselves with other’s based on physical aspects. Moving us out of the heart centre and living as a false version of our self. We have relied on our ego for so long as a false sense of protection. It is a paradigm, The only way to change this is by shifting the ego mindset and moving back into the heart centre.

When we crave other people’s attention we will generally not attract the right sort of people into our lives whether it is our social or personal life, you get what you give and if we live from an ego mindset – our false self – this is exactly what we will attract back.

Belief vs emotion

Really we are not 100% happy when we are living from the ego. Most of us do not know who we are because of how society has conditioned our thinking growing up. We care to much about what other people think and this is what is holding most of us back, because of fear of embarrassment or fear of not fitting in.

We are all equal, we are not higher or lower than no one!

Once we stop caring what other people think of us we truly become free.
Our true self is a valuable part of our self.

Integrity

You can not create anything positive and long lasting without integrity. By living and embodying your false self you are living with no integrity. It is important to always stay true to yourself, and love your self and your own company. No body will truly love you unless you love yourself. When you are living within your heart centre, which is your true self your life just begins to flow. You start to see the world and your place in this amazing world completely different, your purpose for being here will become a lot more clear. When you are living from your true self, you naturally start to realise your own inner potential and become a lot more being happy with who you are.

Paramahamsa Nithyananda Skeleton Dance – Integrity meditation

Paramahamsa Nithyananda presents a unique practice from the Agamas, ‘the skeleton dance’, to build integrity in the bone structure. Till now, the teachings on integrity were to practice integrity as a mental technique. But integrity is is a bio-memory stored in your bone structure, and in this video Paramahamsa Nithyananda gives integrity as a physical practice. Building integrity from the physical level is very powerful and fast, working from the inside out and pushing and manifesting in all aspects of life.
In the introduction to the technique, Paramahamsa Nithyananda also explains why we need integrity. With the power of integrity, everything we say becomes reality, even if it is not in line with the laws of physics and nature. Integrity itself is an important spiritual power, the power of words. And, our integrity is essential for receiving the initiations of the Master when he guides us into manifesting more and more powers. Since it is only through our integrity that the Master addresses us.

When introducing the technique, Paramahamsa Nithyananda gives this explanation: ‘You will visualise your skeleton structure. Without loosing power over your skeleton structure, you go on jumping, dancing for any song. Your body should be active, as many bones as possible should be moving, but your inner space should be holding the whole skeleton structure’s visualisation. It will almost be like a skeleton dancing. You will see in your inner space the skeleton dancing, but that cannot reduce the speed of your dance. Your movement should be there and the skeleton structure should be held in your inner space.’

Wheels to the infinite YOU – Chakras

Understanding the chakras

There are many chakras in the human body  but 7 of those are known to have been the most important ones.
The chakras are not material reality, they are a form of energy moving in a circular energy pattern. The physical body is a manifestation of energy. The Chakra and the spine that connects them in the energy body is not physically visible it is a vibration of energy, vibrating energy creates magnetism and it is the magnetic force of the spine and the chakras that hold the physical body here. From the base of the spine to the top of the head, all chakras have to work together in balance for us to live our highest purpose.

Seven main Chakras and their uses

  • Root – Survival:  Also known as Muladhara, this is the first of the seven chakras. Located at the base of the spine the root chakra is linked to the spine, sexual organs and the kidneys. The color of the root chakra is Red and the sense linked to the root chakra is the sense of smell.  It is the chakra that represents stability and whose main aspect is innocence.
  • Sacral – Sex: Also known as Swadhishtana, Located just below the navel and is connected to the bladder, the genitals, lower back and the hips to name a few. The color of the sacral chakra is orange and the sense linked to the Sacral chakra is taste. This energy is the center for creating relationships of  all kinds.  It is where we develop an inward sense of self and an outward awareness of others. Ego, sexuality, and family are defined as we work with this energy.
  • Solar Plexus Ego: Also known as Manipura and is located below the rib cage and just above the navel. The solar Plexus is connected to the Pancreas, stomach, liver and the gall-bladder. The colour for the Solar Plexus is yellow and the sense for this chakra is sight. This is the home of the ego and where your will to succeed comes from. It is the center that give us the sense of complete satisfaction and contentment.  Our creativity is fueled by our power of will.
  • Heart – Love: Also known as Anahata.  Located in the center of the chest and connected to the thymus, heart, liver, lungs and play’s a part in good blood circulation. This is the heart chakra and the center of real, unconditional affection, spiritual growth, compassion, devotion, forgiveness  and love. It is the bridge connecting the lower and higher energies of our being and is the place where our Spirit and our true Self is free and independent.  The Color for the Heart chakra is green and the sense is touch.
  • Throat – Expression: Also known as Vishuddha. Located in the throat and connected to the Thyroid gland, throat and upper lungs. The color of the throat chakra is blue and the sense is hearing. This is the center for communication, self-expression and creativity. This is where the inner voice of your truth will be expressed.
  • Third eye – Intiution: Also known as Ajna. Located on the forehead between the eyebrows. Indigo is the color that represents the third eye chakra and the sense is the Sixth sense. This is where intuition, fearlessness,  and the need to seek the truth lives. The opening of the third-eye corresponds with spiritual awakening. It is the chakra of forgiveness and compassion.
  • CrownSpiritual: Also known as sahasrara. The crown chakra is not located in the body but directly above the crown of our head. The color of this chakra is Purple. The crown is connected with the upper brain, the right eye and the pineal gland. This is where we find the universal source energy, spirituality and the disillusion of the ego.
This chakra represents the highest level of consciousness and enlightenment.  It is the connective center to spirit. This center integrates all the chakras with their respective qualities.

Food for thought:
A good way of opening chakras is by wearing the color of which the chakra represents or  by eating naturally colored foods of the chakras. For example, A tomato would be good for your root chakra or  you could wear all blue if you want to be a better communicator.

Benefits of your chakras being opened

Chakras are the doorway between your mental, emotional and physical bodies. Understanding your chakras and the chakra system is very important for your overall being because you really see where you might be dealing with extra strengths or extra weakness’. Not all of your chakras are going to be opened at once but by being able to know how to open each chakra, will always be beneficial whether it is tapping into your creativity, to emphasizing with someone you would not normally or even trying to reach a deeper stage of meditation.  You will also benefit from being happier, healthier and more in tune. When one of your chakras is out of sync, this may effect the organs and glands connected to it and causing neighboring chakras to be out of sync. Causing your body to be imbalanced .

Beings of light

Ultimately these wheels of energy help redirect energy to where it will be needed, helping different organs work the way they should. If you take pure light and shine it through a prism it will break into 7 colors, Red , yellow, Orange, green, Blue, Indigo and Violet each color is the color of are chakras this alone is proof that we are all beings of light.

The secret to the life you always wanted – Creative visualization

I have changed my life for the better using creative visualization and I believe this is one of the best tool’s to manifest anything you want. A lot of  Athletes, entrepreneurs, actors, doctors and students are all known to regularly use creative visualization… so what is the hype about and how can it benefit us?

Creative visualization, what is it?

Creative visualization is a mental technique that uses the imagination to make dreams and goals come true. Creative visualization is a powerful technique. If applied correctly, the power of visualization can transform your life. It will help you in attracting to your life anything you wish. Creative visualization uses the power of the mind, and is the power behind every success.

By visualizing vivid scenarios you can carry out, you condition your subconscious mind to act upon it. This is because the subconscious mind is unable to tell the difference between a real experience and something that is just imagined, as scientific research suggests.

Mastering creative visualization gives you control over your thoughts at the subconscious level. While there are several ways to programme the subconscious mind, visualization is the most effective and its results the most rapid.

Realms Of The Mind

What the mind believes the mind achieves, What you visualize, you can carry out, What you think, you become, What you concentrate your attention on, you can attract.

How to visualize?

Set yourself a meaningful goal, something that is going to serve you positively, not a goal that is going to feed into low dimensional emotions like the ego.

Once you have a clear idea of your goal set the mood. It’s vital that you are in a relaxed and positive state of mind when you attempt creative visualization.

Once you’re feeling relaxed enter a meditative state, use any regular meditation deepening or count down tool to reach a deep level of mind.  For most people, all that you need is a few minutes spent focusing on slow, steady breathing.

Once your mind feels quiet and still, start creating an image of the thing you want, taking as much time as you need to build up all the details.  Try to make the environment as realistic as possible, and do your best to include all five senses, experience not just the sights but also the sounds, scents and every different sort of  sensation associated with your goal.

When you express gratitude, you feel all the amazing positive feelings associated with what your grateful for. Do the same when you visualize, hold onto all the positive higher frequency feelings associated with the goal that you are visualizing about. Try to hold onto these feelings and repeatedly affirm your belief that you will soon attract the things you yearn for.

Finish with a blessing, ask the universe to let what you have daydreamed manifest in your life.  Then thank the universe for having your back and supporting all your hopes and dreams. Then feel the gratitude in your core, feel all the emotions connected to you living your dreams!

Creative visualization takes dedication and regular practice to manifest results. This is the issue many people struggle with. They visualize for two or three weeks, and start to become skeptics when they have not become rich or got that certain car they have visualized about for the last few weeks.
Stay calm, make sure that you are always in a meditative state when you are about to visualize.  You are commanding yourself to heal or to carry out a goal and this works best when you are calm and relaxed.
Be patient and stick with it, then you will see results.

FEAR – FALSE EXPECTATIONS APPEARING REAL.

In life the number one thing holding us back from living our dreams is fear. Fear of losing, fear of the unknown, fear of change. Anything that could possibly deter us off our path, that society has made us think we need to take in order to be successful.

What a lot of us don’t know is that fear does NOT exist. This is just a word that we have linked lower dimensional emotions and feelings to, because that is how we have been conditioned to think by our parents and our teachers.
How many times have you been told that you need to go to school to get good grades to get a good job? That you HAVE to work hard to get what you want in life.
This is called mental programming and it starts from the first day of school. Throughout  school teachers are always more interested in you “obeying” the rules. In my school if you did not, you would be sent out of class and in doing so you would  miss the lesson. So therefore you are pretty much going to school to learn how to be obedient instead of learning anything that would have any use in your everyday adult life. That is how “school” works instead of focusing on critical thinking, logic, structure and debate, school systems create improper regulations where they will favorite and show more attention and respect to the child who is obedient, turning there back on the disobedient child and stereotyping that child based on there behavior. Essentially creating an assembly line for middle class citizens. Over stressing the responsibility to obey and repeat.

All of these factors have led us to lead a fearful adult life. No matter what anybody say’s I have so many friends and family who are obsessed with being “realistic” in life. I hate that word, what is realism? To go to school, to go to college, to be put in debt before we even start our career and then spend the rest of our lives working to pay back a system that profits of the ignorance of the innocent. A lot of you are working a job you hate, or spending hours studying a subject your not to interested in just because you think that is what you need to do to be “successful.” A lot of you might think you have to put the dreams you have in your life to the back of your mind and have something “realistic” to focus on and put your energy towards.
This is where we all go wrong in life.

   –   Danger is real, Fear is a choice  –

If  you ever encounter a situation where you feel  fearful , remember that the danger your body is telling you is forthcoming may or may not be real. If it is, by all means, act appropriately. If not, don’t let the fear stop you from moving forward because the threat is not real. It’s a product of your thoughts.

In life we are all going to face different dangers and we will all feel fear.  Nothing is impossible, Bob Procter always say’s “what you can hold in your head, you can hold in your hand.” Never hold yourself back in life because you feel fearful and worried that you will not succeed. Fear is a powerful, reactive emotion that also compels people to make decisions quickly – which are less likely to be the best decisions.

It all come’s down to your mindset and how you want to live your life. Do you want to lead a life of hesitation and fear? or do you want to be limitless, confident and courageous?
The choice is your’s and only you can make the decision to better your life, follow your dreams and be the best version of yourself, without letting a fake word get in the way.

Love to wherever you are.
